Fossil addiction

Fossil addiction

10.1. – 6.3.2020, Fridays 17-20 clock, exhibition, dialogues, workshop discussion

The exploitation of fossil energy has allowed us the dream of flying, the free ride for free citizens, the consumerism, the plastic flood, the comfortable warm apartment. Our use of petroleum, heating oil, natural gas can also be seen as a drug problem.

We use state-organized fossil drug with all side effects and dependencies. Releasing this non-material drug causes withdrawal symptoms with all their irrational manifestations. One need only look at the comments in the reader’s comments about Tempo 30 in the city or 130 on the highway. An insight into the addiction disease is missing. Rational reasoning gives way to addiction-less openness.
